Speaking is Code began in a high-stakes environment: supporting the mental health of the first responder community. Our founder brought a unique perspective to this challenge, shaped by his experience as both a front-line paramedic and a marketing professional.
He observed a critical communication gap. The valuable resources being offered were not connecting with professionals in the field because the language was too clinical and not tailored to their daily reality.
When he began working with large language models in 2022, he saw a practical solution. He recognized that AI could be used to translate expert knowledge into clear, relatable language for specific audiences.
Over the next few years, as AI technology evolved, we developed a deep understanding of how these systems operate. We created a reliable methodology for structuring human expertise in a way that allows an AI to amplify it—accurately and authentically.
In doing this work, we realized that business leaders and accomplished experts everywhere face a similar challenge. They possess deep industry knowledge but struggle to make generic AI tools understand and scale their specific insights.
That is why Speaking is Code was created. We use the same proven methodologies to help organizations turn their invaluable expertise into a reliable, competitive advantage.
